Carbosylane is a coal-based activated drug and silicone, which acts as a dressing protecting the gut and combating gas production. It combines two active ingredients:
coal has adsorbent properties
simethicone , physiologically inert substance that has no pharmacological activity and acts by modifying the surface tension of gas bubbles causing coalescence.
The two paired capsules in the unit of this medicine contain the same active ingredients: activated charcoal and simethicone.
It works on two complementary levels; blue capsule releases its active ingredients in the stomach while the red capsule disintegrates in the intestine.
The two active ingredients of this medicine are not absorbed by the gastrointestinal mucosa.
For adults and children over 6 years.
The recording unit includes a gastro-soluble capsule blue and red capsule enteric take simultaneously.
